- With a basis in data analytics; monitor and manage inventory levels, stock turnover, product movements, and business/operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze large data sets, identify trends, apply statistical analysis and prepare actionable reports and solutions to address business challenges.
- Identify potential stocking problems impacting product or service quality.
- Develop tools and strategies for improving inventory forecasting, allocation, distribution, and removing unused stock.
- Applying statistical analysis to data sets exhibiting inconsistent or hetergenous characteristics
- Collaborate with teams on inventory improvement projects using digital tools and technologies in combination with operational constraints and business processes
- Collect and organize data to evaluate and enhance business performance.
- Manage the Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) program to optimize inventory planning.
- Assist in operational inventory activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- SQL proficiency is an asset but not required. Intermediate Excel Skills are required.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, C, or Java. Familiarity with MatLab is an asset.
- Strong ability to analyze data using a variety of statistical methods, with a focus on solutions that drive actionable outcomes.
- Able to effectively communicate insights and findings to team members and management.
- Comfortable working in both independent and team settings and contributing to shared goals.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to accuracy and clarity of work.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Comfortable challenging conventional methods and proposing innovative solutions.

Liebherr is looking for a Parts Business Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll combine your math and business acumen with data centric methods and tools to manage inventory movement, analyze current and future inventory trends, and support the Mobile Crane Parts Department with valuable management tools and resources. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining our Manufacturing Resource Planning System and collaborate with the Senior Parts Business Analyst to resolve inventory challenges from an analytical and data centric perspective.
This position is on-site, 5 days per week in our Acheson office.
