What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct dynamic sales calls with potential and previous clients (70-80 calls per day)
- Evaluate, interview clients, and enroll new clients through a consultative sales process
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Manage client's dating experience through matching and feedback
- Collaborate with Client Advisors to provide concierge-level service to clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year at the same company including phone or door-to-door sales
- Experience in a high-volume outbound dialing environment
- Comfortable with a performance-based commission structure
- Money motivated with a desire to earn over six figures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycle
- Sales experience with intangible or luxury products, such as dating services, high-end retail, or weight loss programs
