      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform insurance verification functions for assigned facilities, ensuring accurate eligibility and COB status
      - Document actions taken on accounts related to insurance verification and maintain detailed knowledge of payor guidelines
      - Review bill hold worklists and update encounters to resolve claims
      - Make recommendations for quality and efficiency improvements to the Corporate Manager of Patient Access
      - Complete special projects as directed and maintain a positive professional image while interacting with colleagues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience with insurance verification, authorization, medical billing, and utilization
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications
      - Epic registration and scheduling experience
      - High School Diploma or GED

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a children's hospital setting
