      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Register patients, schedule appointments, and update patient registration information
      - Assist patients with general inquiries and coordinate care through high-volume calls and faxes
      - Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation
      - Manage Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation and respond to patient messages
      - Support training of new staff and participate in departmental projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate or equivalent required
      - Medical Assistant certificate/diploma required
      - 2-3 years of patient care experience in a medical office required
      - Strong verbal/written communication and listening skills
      - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Electronic Medical Record Systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in patient access or a call center
      - Experience with contact center tools and resources
      - Ability to maintain composure during challenging interpersonal interactions
      - Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
