What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure accurate and complete registration of new patients
- Collaborate with clinic departments to coordinate new patient appointments
- Maintain data integrity in pre-registration of patients for timely billing
- Review and reconcile accounts, patient information, and charge review work queues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of registration and insurance billing guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of healthcare experience and registration scheduling experience
