What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule patient appointments for various procedures, including diagnostic and surgical visits
- Obtain and verify necessary demographic and insurance information from patients
- Register patients and accurately enter data into the scheduling system
- Work in a call center environment while meeting individual quality metrics
- Provide professional, compassionate, and friendly service to patients and their families

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of the Patient Access training course
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is desired

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and EMR systems
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as HIPAA and Medicare coverage structure
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Creole
