      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate accurate scheduling of multiple outpatient diagnostic appointments across the health system
      - Accept and prioritize incoming phone calls, triaging information for urgent procedure requests
      - Schedule correct procedures and enter orders accurately into the clinical system
      - Serve as a liaison for communication between patients, staff, and other departments
      - Communicate changes to schedules early and accurately to maximize efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment such as a hospital, physician office, or imaging facility
      - Excellent communication, telephone, customer relations, and organizational skills
      - Working knowledge of hospital diagnostic departments and insurance plans
      - Ability to perform telephone activities concurrently with computer activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in clerical, customer service/support, data entry, or call center environments
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Familiarity with basic business office equipment
