      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain and verify demographic information, insurance benefits, and eligibility from various sources
      - Ensure accurate data entry and maintain thorough documentation of admissions and registrations
      - Notify patients and family members of insurance coverage issues and required payments
      - Review physician orders for completeness and compliance with Medicare regulations
      - Provide excellent customer service and assist callers by following pre-established scripts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital setting, medical office, or high-volume customer service environment
      - Ability to maintain multiple computer systems and document information accurately
      - Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Laws pertaining to insurance rules and regulations
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to manage unresolved issues appropriately

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
      - Familiarity with medical terminology
