What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Oversee staffing, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience in specialty or home infusion pharmacy with acute therapies
- Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior healthcare management experience is required
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience interpreting payor contract fee schedules based on NDC and HCPCS units
- Strong analytical skills to assess referral trends and access solutions
- Previous experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
