What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phone calls from hospital and/or physician group customers and provide information or assistance
- Maintain required levels of productivity and quality while managing tasks to ensure timely resolution of analytic reports
- Utilize resources to follow up on analytic reports, including payor websites and provider service lines
- Participate in accounts receivable clean-up projects and other identified initiatives
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, demonstrating strong listening skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
- General accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with systems or applications such as Epic or SSI
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
- Knowledge of medical billing and medical terminology
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities
