      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for patients to address their needs and resolve account balances
      - Handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution
      - Analyze accounts for proper billing procedures and take necessary actions to resolve issues
      - Utilize internal and external software to retrieve and input information for patient inquiries
      - Accurately document accounts and follow up with patients as needed to ensure resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
      - Previous experience in negotiations, sales, or collections preferred
      - Understanding of billing and recovery cycle, including legal rules and regulations
      - Proficiency in Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in medical collections or revenue cycle management
      - Strong negotiating and closing skills
      - Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
      - Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and dependability
