      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate study protocols to identify enrollment and retention challenges, developing proactive recruitment strategies
      - Collaborate with Therapeutic Experts and project teams to position recruitment efforts within the study management strategy
      - Manage recruitment and retention projects, including vendor coordination and contract management
      - Facilitate training sessions on recruitment and retention for internal teams and investigators
      - Participate in strategic planning and communication flow management with partner vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on patient recruitment/retention strategy and/or project management
      - Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget
      - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience in patient recruitment and clinical trial execution with a pharmaceutical company or CRO
      - Expertise in drug development and clinical trial operations
      - Previous experience with patient compliance and study support programs
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Microsoft Project preferred
      - Strong initiative in problem-solving and improving processes
