What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate study protocols to identify challenges in enrollment and retention, proposing proactive solutions
- Collaborate with project teams and Therapeutic Experts to integrate recruitment/retention strategies into study management
- Manage vendor relationships to develop and implement recruitment/retention tactics
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and study staff on recruitment/retention strategies
- Oversee communication flow and project management processes with partner vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience focused on patient recruitment/retention strategy and/or project management
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage project teams effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in patient recruitment and clinical trial execution within pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
- Expertise in drug development and clinical trial operations
- Strong planning, tracking, and customer-focused skills
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Microsoft Project experience preferred
- Demonstrated initiative to solve problems and enhance efficiency
