What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer multi-line telephone system, providing high-quality customer service to all callers
- Utilize the EPIC system to register new patients and schedule appointments accurately
- Record meeting minutes and assist the Chief Financial Officer with administrative tasks
- Facilitate communication with patients using the Care Message platform
- Support front desk staff and assist Referral Coordinator with Behavioral Health Authorizations as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Strong English communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in telephone and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Minimum of two years' experience in a related field preferred

- Demonstrated ability to work positively with a diverse range of people
- Proven capability to work with indirect supervision
