      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living and report any changes in their condition to RN/LPN
      - Maintain clean and organized patient rooms and equipment, ensuring infection control standards are met
      - Take and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output accurately
      - Accompany patients during admission, discharge, and transfer processes
      - Document patient care activities and assist with the orientation of new employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Experience in a healthcare setting may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for education
      - Ability to maintain regular and prompt attendance
      - Capability to work as defined by the schedule and overtime as required
      - Knowledge of infection control and safety standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a healthcare role, particularly in patient care
      - Familiarity with electronic and paper medical record systems
      - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members
      - Ability to operate unit equipment and perform basic medical tasks
      - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
