What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming customer calls from patients, pharmacies, and clinics regarding active patient files
- Triage calls to appropriate team members and index patient documents
- Monitor files for data integrity and collaborate with the Patient Support Program team
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a patient advocate for coverage details
- Report all Adverse Events and Product Technical Complaints as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual (English and French; verbal and written)
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience; healthcare or insurance experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with Salesforce is an asset

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 8 pm EST
