What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the SCAN Mobile Care Team (SMCT) clinicians to enhance healthcare experiences for members
- Manage administrative tasks such as refilling prescriptions, scheduling appointments, and processing lab orders
- Answer phone calls professionally and direct them appropriately
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure clinical staff have necessary materials
- Collect and organize patient medical information while maintaining confidentiality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience as a medical assistant, medical office administrator, or care coordinator
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Cultural competence and sensitivity, with multilingual skills preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct patient care background preferred but not required
- Experience with Medicare Advantage or long-term care communities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a change agent mindset
