What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact patients regarding the delivery of equipment and take patient orders
- Accurately transcribe patient profiles and perform data entry
- Obtain medically necessary documentation and process patient orders
- Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders as needed
- Verify orders are complete and troubleshoot problems based on patient input

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service background
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both orally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of medical equipment and terminology
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
