What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately schedule services per department protocol and assigned area(s)
- Coordinate resources to ensure patients receive appropriate care at every interaction
- Maintain strong quality metrics as assessed by department quality assurance programs
- Collaborate with area leadership and staff to maintain daily operations and complete tasks
- Assist with cross-training and onboarding of new hires as applicable

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) of the following: post-high school education or vocational training in healthcare, or previous work experience in healthcare or customer service
- Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- Ability to type accurately at a speed of 45 wpm
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance guidelines
- Experience in cross-training or onboarding new employees
