- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software; accurate typing of 45 wpm preferred
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills; ability to set priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and tact
