What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to determine eligibility for clinical studies
- Provide detailed information to patients regarding study criteria and logistics
- Schedule onsite screening visits for eligible patients in accordance with guidelines
- Maintain accurate records in the CTMS database and ensure compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; professional medical certification or degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or public-facing role
- Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and clarity
- Ability to learn and utilize new software and technology effectively
