What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned referral base of potential patients
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain details about the program and enroll them in the cardiac rehab program
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals referred to the organization
- Perform insurance verification to assist patients with coverage-related questions
- Coordinate care for patients within the employer's electronic health record (EHR) system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role or a patient scheduling/enrollment role at a physician practice
- 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment
- Background in Exercise Physiology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Bilingual in English & Spanish

- Proven ability to track and report on key metrics that define success in a sales or enrollment role
