      • Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.

      Responsibilities

      FACILITATES PROGRAM AWARENESS:
      Collaboration with Utica Park Clinic and Oklahoma Heart leadership to create a culture of positive patient experience through facilitation of skills and mentorship. This role must ensure that business practices align with the Patient Experience strategy and provide direction to administrative and clinical leadership to enhance strategy efforts.

      PATIENT EXPERIENCE PROJECT ROLE:
      Serving as an expert in patient experience, this role will have the responsibility of identifying opportunities to improve day to day operations that impact care. This role requires a strategic plan to be approved by the business using data analysis and insight from various voice of the customer data sets. To be successful in this role, the Patient Experience Manager must have the ability to create strong relationships throughout the company, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to transfer knowledge successfully to team members.

      DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING:
      The ability to interpret, trend, and report on priority needs. To determine root cause analysis and implement changes using patient feedback data. Display an understanding of the age, demographic, and economic differences and needs of patients throughout the communities served using public data while demonstrating cultural sensitivity in all interactions with patients/families.

      Demonstrates support for the mission, values, and goals of the organization through behaviors that are consistent with system Behavioral Standards. Performs other related responsibilities as assigned that often includes projects that subsequently impact the patients experience in the system.
