      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify patient eligibility and authorization for services and communicate findings to the Treatment Center Program Director
      - Conduct regular eligibility checks and assist with patient communications regarding financial responsibilities
      - Train front desk staff and new Patient Registration Coordinators on third-party payer processes
      - Track authorization thresholds and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely submissions
      - Adhere to compliance standards and report any workplace hazards or security concerns

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient registration or medical billing
      - Experience supporting clinical staff with authorization documentation
      - Ability to work closely with Revenue Cycle Management Leadership and escalate issues as needed
      - Effective communication skills for phone and in-person interactions
      - Willingness to travel as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medicaid and grant sign-ups
      - Background in training or auditing staff on payer processes
      - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare field
      - Skills in identifying patterns in authorization denials and recommending corrective actions
