What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, research, and resolve high dollar, high profile, and problem accounts, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
- Analyze assigned work queues and payer communications to identify trends and resolve system issues
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with team members and various departments
- Evaluate payer performance and provide management with statistics to improve payer relations
- Attend and participate in payer meetings to address claims and denial issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent, or post high school diploma/highest degree earned
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle, Accounting, or related field including registration, billing, and collections
- Strong knowledge of billing regulations and compliance policies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a CRCA or CRCR is preferred
