      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve a high volume of accounts for services provided by the employer in a virtual call center environment
      - Act as the primary contact for patients to discuss outstanding self-pay balances, billing, and insurance questions
      - Perform account analysis to evaluate, develop, and implement action plans to educate guarantors on financial responsibilities
      - Handle incoming patient mail and produce written correspondence in response to inquiries
      - Utilize various office equipment and software applications to provide efficient and accurate support for billing-related issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with handling cash payments, self-pay collections, and exceptional customer service skills
      - Knowledge of utilizing office equipment such as computers, software applications, printer, FAX, copier, and billing programs
      - Exceptional customer service orientation with de-escalation, payment negotiation, and patient education skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task effectively
