      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the collections team to meet daily productivity and quality standards
      - Document actions taken on patient accounts in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
      - Manage outstanding accounts receivable, including credits and denials, to reduce aging buckets
      - Submit appeals for denied claims and send corrected claims based on payer guidelines
      - Achieve a target of "touching" 40 patient accounts per day while maintaining QA standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare collections, specifically back-end collections
      - Experience with Medicare and large payer mix
      - Proficiency in Excel for operational tasks
      - Ability to work within specified PST hours, including during initial training
      - Knowledge of lab collections is preferred but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience specifically in back-end collections related to payer denials and appeals
      - Familiarity with lab collections processes
