What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical and clerical support, ensuring quality and compassionate care in a virtual environment
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls, performing protocol-based triage as necessary
- Prepare for patient visits by ensuring all required documents and information are available
- Follow up with patients at risk of "no-show" appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed
- Assist care team with completing reports and recognizing patients who may need additional support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent, or at least 2 years of clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an ambulatory clinical setting
- Spanish fluency required
- Demonstrated competency with an EHRS system and excellent communication skills
