What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts receivable utilizing EagleSoft and SAP, including reviewing and researching patient accounts
- Compile data and reports, tracking financial reports for the dental practice
- Oversee front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors, and scheduling appointments
- Assist patients with paperwork, including entering payments and processing insurance claims
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of clerical and strong customer service experience, including cash handling
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General office experience in a medical or dental office setting
- Familiarity with dental software, specifically Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and strong interpersonal service skills
