- Make hundreds of outbound calls daily to recruit participants for product testing.
- Schedule and coordinate testing appointments, ensuring smooth participation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and participant details.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily recruitment goals (15 participants per day).
- High-energy personality with a positive, persistent attitude.
- Enjoy being on the phone and connecting with people—this is a true smile and dial role!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential participants.
- Previous customer service, front office, or medical assistant experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume calls efficiently.
- Professional, friendly, and goal-oriented demeanor.
- In-person interview (Monday-Thursday availability).

Patient Recruitment Specialist – High-Energy, Fast-Paced Role

We’re looking for a Patient Recruitment Specialist to join our clinical research team and help recruit participants for exciting product testing opportunities!
Pay: $18 per hour
Location: Richardson, TX (On-site)
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We need enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to engage with potential participants, make high-volume calls, and ensure studies are properly filled with qualified participants. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
