What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the Technical Complaint System and act as the main contact for customer complaints
- Evaluate returned samples and report findings to key personnel
- Initiate and coordinate complaint and deviation investigations
- Analyze complaint trends and initiate investigations where necessary
- Assist with audits and inspections

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, FDA regulations, and other compliance standards
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality assurance specific to Technical Complaint Handling
