What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services in a timely manner
- Handle incoming calls, follow-up and referral work queues, and ticket scheduling
- Communicate with patient care teams to ensure efficient and appropriate care
- Accurately enter data into the electronic health record while interacting with patients
- Complete patient checkout and schedule follow-up appointments as directed by physicians

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in patient identification, registration, and scheduling
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and care teams
- Proficiency in data entry and managing electronic health records

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a patient access representative or in a scheduling role
