What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services
- Handle incoming calls and manage follow-up and referral work queues
- Complete patient checkouts and schedule follow-up appointments as per physician's orders
- Accurately enter data into the electronic health record while communicating with patients
- Coordinate scheduling services for patients, including ancillary and procedure scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to proficiently handle multiple service lines within the same market
- Strong communication skills to work as part of a care team
- Previous experience in patient access representative or scheduling is required
