What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services in a timely manner
- Handle incoming calls and manage follow-up and referral work queues
- Communicate with patient care teams to ensure efficient and appropriate patient care
- Complete patient checkout processes and schedule follow-up appointments as directed by physicians
- Accurately enter data into the electronic health record while communicating with patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Proficiency in scheduling multiple service lines within the same market
- Ability to coordinate scheduling of services, including ancillary and procedure scheduling
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work as part of a care team
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a patient access representative or in scheduling roles
