      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services
      - Manage incoming calls and complete follow-up and referral work queues
      - Accurately enter data into the electronic health record while communicating with patients
      - Coordinate scheduling of services for patients including ancillary and procedure scheduling
      - Collaborate with support and clinical staff to ensure optimal customer service and clinical outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 year of clinical healthcare experience or 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I or in a contact/call center
      - Completion of Healthcare Business Insight’s Patient Access Certification Program within six months of hire date
      - Proficiency in managing multiple service lines in a high-call volume environment
      - Ability to handle patient registration and scheduling with professionalism and courtesy
      - Completion of designated HBI Courses within one year of hire

      - Experience in a healthcare setting that includes patient scheduling or call center operations
      - Familiarity with electronic health record systems
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
      - Skills in managing complex scheduling scenarios
