      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services
      - Answer incoming calls and manage follow-up and referral work queues
      - Communicate with patient care teams to ensure efficient and appropriate patient care
      - Complete patient checkouts and schedule follow-up appointments as per physician orders
      - Accurately enter data into the electronic health record while interacting with patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of clinical healthcare experience OR 1 year as a Patient Scheduler I OR 1 year in a contact/call center
      - Strong ability to manage high-call volume and complex scheduling tasks
      - Proficiency in data entry and electronic health record systems
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to work as part of a care team with both support and clinical staff
