What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit central scheduler's work to ensure accuracy of scheduled tests and protocols
- Work with clients and schedulers on precertification, authorization, and clinical documentation
- Accurately schedule appointments for various exams and adjust schedules as necessary
- Provide feedback and training to Central Scheduling staff while maintaining process documentation
- Resolve customer service issues and coordinate information for patient visits and admissions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience working as a Clinical Scheduler I or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a care-related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
