What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services
- Handle incoming calls, follow-up, and referral work queues while ensuring accurate ticket scheduling
- Complete patient checkout and provide cost estimates and itineraries for upcoming appointments
- Support population management and chronic disease management initiatives through patient registry and outbound calling
- Collaborate with care teams to deliver optimal customer service and clinical outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical healthcare experience, or
- 1 year experience as a Patient Scheduler I, or
- 1 year experience in a contact/call center

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-call and work queue volume environment
- Proficiency in electronic health records and data entry
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
