What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to communicate the benefits of pharmacist consultations to patients
- Schedule patient consultations based on pharmacists' licensing
- Assist in developing Job Aids and Standard Operating Procedures for the Patient Service Specialist Team
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and related privacy regulations
- Represent the employer professionally while adhering to company policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related healthcare discipline preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or patient engagement experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Google Suite is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a compassionate demeanor
