      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle scheduling calls and faxes for all locations, ensuring timely and courteous responses
      - Apply insurance pre-authorization rules and discuss policies with patients prior to their arrival
      - Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information for scheduling
      - Coordinate communication with radiologists and referring physicians as needed
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain accurate patient records and information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; knowledge of medical terminology
      - Medical office experience, with previous patient scheduling experience preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff
      - Basic computer skills and organizational abilities required for the position
      - Ability to perform essential duties without restriction, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a medical office environment, particularly in scheduling
      - Familiarity with health insurance requirements related to pre-authorization and eligibility
