What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle scheduling calls and faxes for all locations, ensuring timely and courteous responses
- Apply insurance pre-authorization rules and discuss payment policies with patients

- Maintain accurate patient records, including demographic and insurance information
- Conduct patient satisfaction calls and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School degree or equivalent; knowledge of medical terminology
- Medical office experience, with previous patient scheduling experience preferred
- Knowledge of health insurance requirements related to pre-authorization and eligibility
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Basic computer skills required for effective job performance
