What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive incoming calls and inquiries, assisting patients with appointment management and care coordination
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to enhance the patient/clinician relationship
- Support the work of an interdisciplinary care delivery model
- Utilize computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs, and electronic medical records
- Communicate in a professional and appropriate manner with patients and colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate from an accredited institution or governmental unit
- Minimum of one year in a clinical or customer service setting preferred
- Computer experience and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of patient-related documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service role
- Interest in healthcare and excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
