What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive incoming calls and inquiries, assisting patients in managing appointments/care
- Provide extraordinary customer service and strong problem-solving skills
- Support the patient/clinician relationship through various duties
- Ensure clear verbal and written communication to improve patient access and understanding
- Utilize computer skills for word processing and spreadsheet programs, with an ability to master EMR based on technology experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one year in a clinical or customer service setting
- Computer experience with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and technology-literate skill sets
