What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive incoming calls and inquiries, assisting patients with appointment management and care
- Provide support duties to facilitate coordinated care delivery
- Deliver extraordinary customer service and problem-solving skills to enhance the patient/clinician relationship
- Utilize computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs, and electronic medical record systems
- Ensure clear and effective communication with patients and colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate from an accredited institution or governmental unit
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or customer service setting preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of patient-related documents preferred
