What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule new patients, referrals, and returning patients in the computer system according to office guidelines
- Obtain and enter insurance authorizations and related correspondence into patient records
- Collect co-pays and other out-of-pocket amounts at the time of visits
- Arrange financial counseling for patients as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office policies to ensure front office efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of medical office work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
