What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and route high volume incoming calls for multiple clinic locations
- Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and communicate with clinics
- Handle additional service inquiries and special projects
- Enter accurate patient data into the EMR system
- Serve as a virtual clinic resource to internal and external customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service or customer relations experience
- General computer knowledge
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of medical setting experience
- Experience with Genesys Cloud phone system and EPIC Dimensions EMR
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
