What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet patients and provide instructions to all visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Analyze health insurance benefits, verify insurance eligibility, and relay relevant information regarding payment policies
- Maintain the readiness of the reception area and perform clerical tasks
- Determine and collect each patient’s financial responsibility
- Document all medical interventions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a medical office or emergency room setting
- Ability to work 8 am to 8 pm for 3 days a week, including rotating weekends and holidays
- Experience with insurance eligibility and co-pay determination

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification and experience as a medical assistant
- Previous experience in an urgent care setting
