What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily new referral patient benefits verification and obtain necessary authorizations for services
- Notify patients and responsible parties of their financial responsibilities prior to services being rendered
- Ensure all Medicare non-covered services have a signed "Advance Beneficiary Notification" on file
- Collect financial information to qualify patients for pharmaceutical reimbursement programs and other charitable programs
- Prioritize tasks and duties as assigned to ensure efficient service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or insurance carrier setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Upon hire: Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse License
- 1 year of experience in a home health agency or home infusion setting
