What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound patient calls, providing information and solutions related to products and services
- Identify and analyze patient concerns, offering recommendations or solutions
- Process telephone orders and verify insurance or other payment methods
- Complete accurate data entry and documentation to facilitate accounts receivable and order delivery
- Coordinate delivery and setup of equipment, supplies, and services with relevant departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education: High school diploma or GED
- Minimum experience: Two years in a related administrative/customer service role; healthcare or medical office experience and 6 months working with healthcare insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in medical office management or a related field
- Experience with insurance authorization and/or precertification
- Knowledge of home health, DME, and Enteral nutrition products
- Proficient in Spanish
