What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound patient calls, providing effective information and solutions regarding products and services
- Enter and validate patient demographics and other pertinent information into the digital system
- Verify insurance coverage and discuss patient financial responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery and setup of medical equipment and supplies
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related administrative/customer service role or high-volume inbound call center, with healthcare or medical office experience
- Experience working with healthcare insurance for at least 6 months
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates Degree in medical office management or a related field
- Experience with insurance authorization and/or precertification
- Knowledge of home health, DME, and enteral nutrition products
- Previous call center experience
- Ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively with other teams
